If you have a teen you will know that this is a challenging time in their lives as they are not little kids anymore and are looking for their identity in this world.  Karate done over a period of time with their peers build great friendships and the confidence they gain has many karatekas stand out as leaders in other areas of their lives.

This class is ideal for Teens over the age of 12 years and all Intermediate students, including Adults.

This class is ideal for families that want to train together. Over and above our normal students we currently have a husband and wife, A father and daughter as well as a mom and her 4 kids all training together.
